Spring has arrived, and we’re marking the season with a one‑night‑only Spring Tasting Menu on Saturday, 9th May.

Menu Highlights:
Rarebit: Enjoy layers of crisp confit potato topped with a rich, savoury rarebit and finished with a sharp pickled walnut ketchup. This comforting opener is all about indulgent flavours lifted by a tangy, moreish edge.
Salmon Tartare: Indulge in delicate salmon tartare, balanced with a gentle kick of horseradish, nutty toasted buckwheat, and peppery watercress. Fresh, vibrant, and clean on the palate, it’s a refined nod to the new season.

Elderflower Panna Cotta: Enjoy a light, floral elderflower panna cotta crowned with shimmering champagne jelly and served with pink peppercorn shortbread. This dessert is both refreshing and indulgent, with just a hint of warmth from the spice.
Strawberry Sablé: Finish with a buttery strawberry sablé layered with smooth cream mousseline and vibrant strawberry sorbet. It’s a bright, joyful finale that captures the sweetness of early summer in every bite.
