Celebrate Burns Night in Kempsford at The George – THIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED.

As the chill of winter settles in, there’s no better way to warm your heart and lift your spirits than by joining us for an enchanting evening dedicated to the legendary Scottish poet, Robert Burns. On Saturday, January 24th, we invite you to immerse yourself in the rich traditions of Scotland with our special Burns Night Supper, a celebration of culture, cuisine, and camaraderie.

One of the highlights of the evening will undoubtedly be the Cullen Skink, a traditional Scottish soup that originates from the fishing village of Cullen in Moray. This creamy, smoky dish, made with tender haddock, potatoes, and onions, is the perfect starter to warm you up on a winter’s night.

Of course, no Burns Night would be complete without the iconic haggis, neeps, and tatties. This beloved dish is a true celebration of Scottish ingredients and traditions.

And to finish, dive into our delicious Cranaccan with honey roasted oats, raspberries and whisky cream!

Burns Night is not just about the food and drink; it’s a time to gather with friends and loved ones to share in the joy of Scottish culture. It’s a chance to connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories.

Seats for our Burns Night Supper are limited, and we wouldn’t want you to miss out on this extraordinary evening. Gather your friends, family, or that special someone, and secure your place at the table.
